In this introductory palmistry workshop, you will learn the basics of palm reading, from the major lines to the elements of the hands, and a number of techniques to help you trust your intuition and flex your seeing abilities. We will also cover the origins of palmistry and how the persecution of Roma, an Indian diasporic ethnic group also known by the racial slur "Gypsies," has shaped the culture's practice of and relationship to fortune telling, and the popularization of palmistry in the west. There are many ways to approach palmistry, and many books on the subject.
